Redstone Develops Intelligent Telephony Solution for Foxtons

Redstone has won projects worth more than £1 million to deploy a complete telecommunications estate for Foxtons, London's leading property services company.

The projects, to be implemented by Redstone's specialist Telecom and Converged Solutions teams, includes rolling out digital lines and installing an IPFX contact centre solution while continuing to manage and maintain the company's voice requirements. The IPFX solution that will replace Foxtons' existing ARC system has comprehensive functionality, which includes IP phone systems, skills-based routing and preferred agent/last agent routing.

Dan Rafferty, Foxtons commented: "We have a head office and a number of offices spread across London and Surrey. We need to ensure that the telecoms service is reliable and scalable as our business depends on it.

"The IPFX solution was chosen following an 18 month search, as it was the only product out there that delivered the functionality we require. We chose to work with Redstone to deliver our telephony infrastructure because they have become a trusted partner."

The IPFX contact centre solution has the most feature rich IP Telephony applications in the market which will benefit Foxtons in a number of ways, including cost reduction as well as the ability to scale up in line with the company's aggressive expansion plan.

Martin Balaam, CEO, Redstone plc: "Foxtons is a forward thinking and innovative company which understands the benefits of technology. It is a long term and valued customer and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them."
