Redstone Strengthens Channel Programme

Redstone Telecom is reinforcing its channel programme to offer a more competitive proposition and long-term support to dealers. The company says their new Select and Premier Select Partnership schemes will offer a wide range of attractive incentives and on-going business development support, at a time when the channel is experiencing change and is seeking committed partners. As a special introductory offer to the programme, all new partners will receive 13 months commission in the first 12 month period.

Along with dedicated marketing, business development and account management support, Redstone Telecom’s new Select Partners will benefit from highly competitive rates, guaranteed ‘on-time’ commission payments, online access to billing and call records, and telecoms, ISP and conferencing services for their own business use. In addition, Premier Select Partners will receive discounts on calls and conferencing, access to Redstone Telecom’s meeting facilities and joint-branded billing.

“With the current turbulent dynamics of the channel, dealers are looking for partners that can provide long-term business commitment and proven service quality,” said Lyndsay Harrold, head of channel sales at Redstone. “This latest proposition highlights Redstone Telecom’s commitment to the channel and more specifically to its dealers. By supplementing our existing offering with these new value-added services, we hope to attract dealers with whom we can forge enduring, stable and mutually successful partnerships in the years ahead,” she added.

Redstone say their move to provide dealers with a greater incentive is reflective of the current state of the channel, with an increasing number of providers offering cash bonuses and other incentives to attract disillusioned dealers. There is growing dissatisfaction among the dealer community with service quality and longevity of existing suppliers under question.
