Sales directors Phil Henchoz and Andy Cutler will both depart 20:20 Mobile following an internal review designed to make the business more joined up in its decision-making and operations.
Both positions will see their workloads redeployed within existing teams. Henchoz and Cutler will also work a handover period to bed-in the changes before exiting the business.
Commenting on his departure, Henchoz said: “I have enjoyed my 16 months with 20:20 and it’s been an exciting period during which I have enjoyed being part of a highly successful management team and leave a group well placed to weather the current economic climate.”
Commenting on Henchoz’s departure, James Browning, managing director at 20:20, stated: “Phil has pioneered work on several large accounts for us as sales director for the grocery and high street channel. I would like to thank him for his contribution to the business and wish him every success in his future career.”
Meanwhile MVNO channel sales director, Cutler, said: “I have been with 20:20 for 18 months and led on some major clients but I felt the timing was right at this stage in my career to move on to new things.”
Commenting on Cutler, Browning commented: “Andy has played a significant role for us, leading on the MVNO channel and I thank him for his contribution to the success of the business. Again, he leaves with my very best wishes for the future.”
Browning added: “These departures from the business are simply a recognition that there are synergies we can and should make to ensure our business is as lean, efficient and joined-up as it needs to be in the current economic climate.
“We clearly made major organizational changes last autumn when we consolidated our three UK businesses into one and this review is the logical extension of that process.”
