Live demonstrations took place and resellers were able to get up close and personal with new products such as Customer Interaction Express, Avaya’s latest Call Centre offering and the very well received IP500 – its next generation SME IP solution.
Crane launched its latest Avaya support offerings including a brand new range of sales support collateral which can be customised for its resellers.
