Retell, the Sunbury based call recording manufacturer has announced that Neowave has become a distributor of their Sense Call Recording Systems and Voice Firewalls. Neowave is known for the products they distribute exclusively for 2N, in particular Fixed Cellular Terminals (FCT’s) and Fixed to Mobile Convergence Products (FMC).
Retell believe that Neowave’s products fit well with call recording and will offer Neowave’s resellers more sales opportunities in turn offering end users an irresistible return on investment. Steve Cobley of Retell commented, ‘We are delighted to welcome Neowave on board as they will offer resellers a range of professional services including installation, maintenance, technical support and project management’. NeoWave have already had considerable success in soft launching Retell’s Sense call recording systems to some of their existing resellers and have also become a test site for Retell’s new VoIP Sense system.
