Retell have complimented their range of expandable ISDN 30 call recording systems with new expandable ISDN 2 systems. A choice of base units is available to which 2, 4, 6 or 8 channel recording cards can be added whenever required. Both the ISDN 30 and ISDN 2 systems have the option of a double sized hard drive, 19” rack mount unit, CD-RW, live monitoring software and encryption cards.
Commenting on the new range Steve Cobley, Head of Business Development at Retell said, “Its important to remember that our systems have an inbuilt hard drive (usually 13,800 hours) which can be doubled in size and also include software to archive recordings to a standalone or networked PC.
