August sees the launch of Retell’s new call recording system Sense Call Analyser. Sense has been designed to be a standalone recording system or a module in other companies’ systems and programmes. This means that resellers will be able to offer a complete package with options to upgrade or downgrade according to the customer requirement or budget. Sense will be available with a call management interface ‘Call Analyser’ offering easy and accurate drill down from identifying activity at a particular extension to listening to individual calls.
Retell are offering a 40% margin when purchased via distributor partners and a massive discount for an in house Sense system making it easier for resellers to demonstrate and sell the benefits of call recording. Retell have also introduced a new Enterprise recording system for digital, analogue and VoIP applications where the customer requires extension side recording or a higher end solution. In addition new single and two line recording software, which captures PC screen activity at the moment the call is recorded, completes a new range of products with up to 40% margins.
