Retell are now in their 24th year of supplying call recording solutions and have become one of only a handful of worldwide manufacturers with their Sense Call Recording platform. Sense is available as a call recording interface to use with a customer’s own PC or as a full system with integrated call management.
Retell believe that the rental scheme is another USP for resellers who are faced with end user customers that are delaying their purchasing decisions due to the economy. Steve Cobley of Retell comments, ‘The Sense platform enables resellers to offer potential customers a range of cost effective and easily upgradeable multi channel options, with or without a PC, with or without call management and now using rental, their own leasing or as a straight purchase’.
In the latter stages of 2009 Retell added a Voice Firewall option to their ISDN 30 Sense system to help combat increasing PABX toll fraud. In addition Caller ID Decoration, which enables inbound calls that don’t present their CLI to be found easily, was added as a standard feature. Cobley continues, ‘These new modules work regardless of telephone system type and along with a raft of new features due for imminent launch we continue to offer resellers the best possible options, support, installation opportunities and margins.’
