Ricoh Creates Channel Recruitment Service

Ricoh UK has unveiled a new channel recruitment service for its partners, enabling them to recruit and retain highly skilled staff at all levels. This new and unique service, where every placement is supported by a year-long intensive induction and training programme, covers everything from solution sales, right through to comprehensive product training.

Samantha Bradbury, Business Generation Manager within Ricoh UK’s Partner Channel commented, “Ricoh is a company that prides itself on training and retaining the best talent and which is integral for responsible business growth. We are therefore delighted to share our expertise and offer this new recruitment service, to help our partners attract the best talent for future growth.”

As part of this new service, Ricoh will work with partner companies to ensure that new employees start their career with clear performance targets. Once placed within a partner organisation, Ricoh’s dedicated Partner Sales Recruitment Manager will help to account manage any new recruits, ensuring that they settle effortlessly and deliver results for their team. Furthermore, the yearlong support programme also offers regular one-to-one sessions, performance appraisals and development opportunities.

The Ricoh service provides companies with candidates at all levels from entry right through to director. Currently, this is for individuals from sales backgrounds, but there are plans to expand this into other IT services roles in the future.
