Rocom Earn High Customer Satisfaction

Almost 90% of resellers would recommend Rocom as a telecoms distributor according to an in-depth customer survey. The Wetherby-based company targeted more than 1,500 dealers and scored highly in many different areas.

Key highlights revealed that nine out of 10 respondents rate Rocom’s delivery service as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. The research also revealed 100% of respondents know their Telephone Account Manager by name. Three quarters of respondents rate the Rocom bi-weekly offers bulletin as ‘good’ whilst 87% said they prefer to receive marketing communications by email. Two thirds indicated they find the Channel Voice dealer newsletter as informative and useful.
