Distributor Rocom has reported that in the space of six months their partnership with Nortel has gone from strength to strength and proved popular with a large number of resellers keen to introduce a strong data product into their portfolios.
The company says sales of the Nortel BCM and BES ranges have hit new heights, as well as the respective applications such as CTI, Fax Messaging, Converged voice and data, mobility, WLAN, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and Contact Centre with continued sales growth expected over the next six months.
When Nortel was signed up, Rocom assigned a specialist team who worked to establish the brand, integrating it into Rocom’s system and peripherals portfolio.
Paul Burn, Reseller Systems Manager at Rocom commented that: “Everyone has played their part – from profiling the correct stock levels to researching how best to position each product.
