Rocom Launch New-Look Trade Catalogue

Convergence Summit North marked the launch of Rocom’s 2010 telecoms ‘Portfolio’ trade catalogue, the first since last year’s acquisition of the company by Nimans. The new-look 460-page guide provides the perfect reference point for thousands of the latest communication products, from complete systems to peripheral items such as headsets, music on hold and call recording technology.

In addition Rocom resellers can learn more about many associated support services such as leasing, networks, lead generation and marketing expertise - the cornerstone of Rocom’s ‘Total Distribution’ blueprint.

Dealer Sales Director, Tom Maxwell, says the traditional printed catalogue remains the preferred choice for product information and technical specifications, for many Rocom customers.

“The Rocom 2010 portfolio has been designed as a reseller-friendly extensive guide to systems and telephony peripherals. This year, we continue the tradition of high quality, informative pages presented in easy to use, colour coded sections. We are delighted to present more suppliers and an increased number of margin-rich products.”

In a direct message to the reseller base, Tom concluded: “Like you we know the challenges brought about by the ever-changing voice and data telecoms industry and the demands they place on your business. As a key player in the industry for nearly 30 years, we continue to invest in our operation by shaping Rocom as the ‘preferred distributor’ with our Total Distribution package. Today’s distribution model is all about filling gaps, presenting new revenue opportunities and above all, providing a support infrastructure totally committed to helping you grow your business.”
