Rossano takes over from Henry West at FluidOne

FluidOne have announced that Director of Channel, Henry West has decided to move on to a new exciting role much closer to where he lives with his young family in Bristol, meaning he will be leaving the company at the beginning of the next quarter.

Chief Executive Russell Horton said ‘Henry has done a great job for me since joining the team, aiding the management buyout backed by Livingbridge in February 2019 and building Fluidone's brand in the channel. He has helped put in solid foundations upon which we can build our next stage of channel growth. I wish Henry every success in his new role and thank him for all of his support.’

When talking of West’s replacement Horton continued ‘I am pleased to announce that Lee Rossano has been appointed to lead the FluidOne Channel team, reporting to myself, and starts in the role from 1st February with Henry supporting him during a hand over period to ensure a smooth transition for our channel partners.

Lee is an industry veteran and brings with him a wealth of experience having held senior roles at, Exponential-E, Class Networks, Imtech ICT, SAS Global Communications and Telstra International. With his wealth of experience across Connectivity, Cloud, SD-Wan, Security, Data Centre, UC and Sip, we have no doubt he is the perfect person to give best advice to resellers and support them with their business growth plans, ensuring that FluidOne works in partnership as a trusted advisor.’

Rossano will be tasked with picking up where West leaves off, as highlighted by Horton when talking about the plans within FluidOne this year, ‘we have ambitious plans for channel, building upon being number one for service in UK telecoms with a Net Promoter Score of 79 (Dec19), we aim to continuously improve our portal, products and services to our channel partners making us the connectivity supplier that our partners can trust to build their businesses upon.
