In the recent Road to Recovery survey, conducted in partnership with BT Wholesale, respondents indicated that 32% of business is still completing as normal with only 2% of customers cancelling deals. This is a huge bit of positive news for channel partners as they look into H2 and what kinds of challenges the market might bring. Although it would seem positive there is still 66% of customers deferring business to a later date. Although not cancelled as such as things stand there will undoubtedly be some deals that wont complete. The great news for the Channel is they have time to pour into connecting with their customers in new ways. Those that manage to adapt during this period will be able to instil confidence in their customer base that now is the time they need to embrace technology to get them through this next period.
