Russell has eight years experience in sales distribution and has successfully set up and managed significant distribution channels for high tech products and services. Reality Telecom has recently added VoIP to its product portfolio and Russell’s responsibilities will include the formal launch to the Channel during October, as well as managing the rollout of the new product to Reality’s existing Channel Partners.
“Anna is bright, enthusiastic and a first class sales person,” said Alan Sawyer, Sales and Marketing Director responsible for channel development. “She has a wealth of experience in the channel and has already made her presence felt in a really positive manner.”

Russell’s last role was with software company, Solarsoft, as their Distribution Sales Account Manager. Previous roles include Distribution Channel Sales Account Manager for Allied Telesyn, UK Business Development Manager for SMC Networks, EMEA Distribution Channel Manager for Ramp Networks and External Educational Sales Manager for Starwand Computers, a networking VAR. Her career began offering internal 3Com sales support for networking distributor, Data Translation.
Russell includes ballet and horticulture amongst her interests, and will be based in the company’s Hampshire offices.
