Rydal Comms announced today that it has acquired the assets of Cloudsource which will see over 400 phone systems move into the Rydal fold. Cloudsource has had a blistering start to its life, being founded by Carl Lowe about four years ago. In that short time Cloudsource grew into a multi-million pound company and picked up several awards along the way, including a few Comms Business Awards.
Writing on the Rydal blog today, Managing Director Steffan Dancy said “We are delighted to confirm our acquisition of Cloudsource Technologies Telecoms & IT assets from its benefactor Tower Leasing for an undisclosed fee. Cloudsource Technologies have been trading for some time and specialise in providing IT and Telecoms services to business users across the UK.”
Steffan Dancy our Managing Director commented ” The opportunity proposed was a ‘no brainer’ and as a fantastic move for our Group. The acquisition adds over 400 phone system clients, all with network services and IT contracts to support. The majority are already today supported on our flagship product, Ericsson LG IPECs and IPECs Cloud. This means the migration for the customer base will be seamless and we can focus on delivering our customer service excellence into the clients. I would like to personally welcome all the customers to Rydal Comms. ”
“For the customer nothing is changing, your terms will remain the same and all your direct debits will migrate across seamlessly. The only change is you’re bills will simply have a different logo on them and you have be serviced by an award winning customer service team!”
