Gamma has accredited customer contact technology specialist Sabio with Platinum Partner status. The announcement reflects Sabio’s continued success in bringing Gamma’s portfolio of SIP Trunking and Inbound number solutions to the contact centre market.
Gamma Platinum Partner status is achieved when partners such as Sabio meet Gamma’s most demanding service delivery requirements.
“We’re delighted to welcome Sabio as a Gamma Platinum Partner, and we look forward to a successful ongoing partnership,” commented Gamma’s Chief Operating Officer, Richard Bligh. “Sabio makes an ideal network services partner for organisations as they look to transform customer contact operations. Sabio brings its comprehensive systems integration capabilities – including proven skills in the design, provisioning and support of SIP Trunking and Inbound services – to provide organisations with a completely unified network services offering, from the PSTN all the way through to the delivery of calls to contact centre agents.”
“Attaining Gamma Platinum Partner status is an important accreditation for Sabio as we continue to develop our distinctive Network Services proposition,” added Sabio’s Managing Director, Sebastian Henkes. “We’re already seeing considerable momentum as leading customer service providers take advantage of our comprehensive services wrap – enabling them to benefit from co-ordinated SLAs across both their networks and systems operations. As a Gamma Platinum Partner we’ll be looking to build on this, helping organisations to take advantage of the benefits that come from Sabio’s simplified telephony supply chain and single support model.”
