Sabio specialists selected for Best Customer Implementation in Retail
Sabio, the specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator, has been recognised with an Award for Excellence at Avaya’s recent UK TechShare 2012 conference.
TechShare is Avaya’s annual event for its UK technical community, and features in-depth technology presentations and breakout sessions for both Avaya’s technical community as well as specialists from certified partners such as Sabio.
Sabio’s project team was awarded a UK TechShare 2012 Award for Excellence for the Best Customer Implementation in Retail – following the success of a project to deploy an advanced Avaya Aura-based customer contact solution for the UK’s leading multi-channel retailer. This success strengthens Sabio’s growing presence in the retail sector, where the company has implemented powerful contact centre solutions to support the customer journey for major organisations including Bristan, Office Depot and Rentokil Initial.
