Samsung goes the extra mile

High levels of customer support including product demonstrations and pre sales expertise has inspired a Samsung sales surge at Nimans.

The distributor claims demand has increased 20% year-on year as Nimans’ dedicated Samsung team goes the extra mile to help dealers capture tens of thousands of pounds worth of additional revenue – including many high end sites.

Massive sales of OfficeServ systems, various applications and WLAN equipment are fuelling unprecedented growth with vertical sectors such as education and logistics some of the biggest hot spots.

“We are literally clocking up thousands of miles each month by going out on the road for end user demonstrations with resellers combined with lots of high calibre training,” says John McKindland, Nimans’ Head of Systems Sales. “On average we are holding between 5-10 demos each month and with the support we offer, dealers have the confidence to attack larger opportunities and capture much bigger chunks of business.”

He added: “Applications such as CTI, call recording, call reporting and contact centre services are extremely popular. When we go out on the road we are literally opening people’s eyes to the power of Samsung.

“Nimans offers the highest levels of pre and post sales support and it’s proving a very compelling combination with more resellers coming on board each month to further expand our Samsung sales footprint across the UK. We don’t just sit behind our desks but get out there to educate resellers and support them.”
