Following news that Channel Chief Roger James left Samsung abruptly last Friday the company has issued the following brief statement to their channel partners
“This is to inform you that Roger James, General Manager, left Samsung on Friday 28th September, 2007.
The IP-PBX Team is following and implementing clear strategies for the remainder of 2007 and this will continue without any disruption. Planning and preparations have also started for 2008 with exciting new products and services. These will bring improved customer focused solutions and channel partner development driving our businesses forward. We have a strong development strategy of both product and channel and look forward to our future together.
We are currently recruiting a replacement and expect to announce progress very shortly.”
