ScanSource Communications Europe has announced new dates for its successful Avaya Information Days where resellers can learn about all aspects of selling Avaya products and discover new techniques and best practices to help grow their business. On 6th April resellers are invited to the Village Hotel Manchester in Bury while the next day, 7th April, resellers will be welcomed by ScanSource at the Holiday Inn Maidenhead-Windsor.
The Information Day will cover a broad spectrum of the Avaya offering, including new aspects of IP Office 7.0, Avaya Data and Avaya’s full ACM portfolio. Several Avaya representatives will be presenting and answering resellers’ questions, while ScanSource employees will be there to give resellers advice on how to work within Avaya’s procedures: what must be done to sell and work with Avaya, including how to acquire marketing funds.
ScanSource will also give an overview of its recently launched Professional Services offering, where resellers can benefit from the value-added distributor’s provision of Avaya installation services to boost margins and offer end users a full purchasing solution.
