ScanSource Communications Europe is offering UK resellers a series of five-day free-of-charge training sessions enabling them to learn about specific aspects of selling Avaya solutions and, optionally, complete the vendor’s APSS exams.
An extension of the value-added distributor’s upgraded Avaya Solutions Sales Training portfolio, the series of sales-focused workshops will run on a quarterly basis and will cover parts of the Avaya solution range, such as Unified Communications and Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Data Solutions, Avaya Contact Centres, and Avaya IP Office.
In June, ScanSource ran the first of these workshops in its UK offices and saw 38 attendees from 11 different reseller partners participate on the courses, achieving a 100% APSS pass rate. ScanSource is also in the final stages of preparing to launch two additional sales workshops later in the year – Introduction to Basic Telecoms and Introduction to Data Networks, which are being developed for resellers moving into these markets.
