Sennheiser is hosting an awareness event with CorptelUK on the theme ‘Hear the Difference’ for contact centre managers. This half-day event will explain how Sennheiser and CorptelUK can help contact centre managers and agents improve productivity, provide exceptional service and experience the best in headset sound and build quality.
The event is being held at the Leigh Sports Village Stadium in Greater Manchester and will cover subjects such as call centre trends, ActiveGard™ technology and noise at work. There will also be demonstration of Sennheiser headsets for the contact centre market including the wired Circle Line series and the wireless DW series. Following a networking session and lunch, attendees can take an optional tour of the stadium.
