Sennheiser launches USB headsets for softphone apps

Sennheiser Communications, a leading provider of premium headset solutions, has launched four new model variants in its Circle Line series of wired headsets for business use. The new headsets feature USB interface for connection to the growing number of comms devices that support soft phone apps.

The new product range consists of SC 230 USB single sided and SC 260 USB dual sided Circle Line headsets. Both are available with an optional call control unit providing additional call management functionality including answer/end a call, microphone mute and last number redial. HeadSetup software is downloadable enabling seamless management of all call control features for a wide variety of softphones.

The Circle Line series features metal reinforced headbands that last for years and CircleFlex® dual hinge ear cups that adapt to the users ears for an instant perfect fit and exceptional all day comfort in call centre and office environments. All Sennheiser headsets feature unique ActiveGard™ technology providing in-built protection against acoustic shock and sudden sound surges.

At this year's highly renowned Red Dot design awards Sennheiser's SC 260 headset won a coveted award from expert jury for its attractive, comfortable design and productivity enhancing features. The Circle Line series have also won a number of end-user magazine awards for our resellers to promote sales.
