Sennheiser partner portal provides dedicated 24/7 channel support

Sennheiser Communications, a leading supplier of premium headset solutions, is launching a new portal for its UK channel partners. The Blue Space, which can be found at, will allow distributor and reseller partners to easily access Sennheiser sales and marketing materials.

Marketing collateral such as images, fact sheets, brochures, white papers, videos and press releases will be available to download from the site in an easy to find and access format. Collateral material will be categorised by both product and type of asset so partners can easily locate and download the files required.

The Blue Space homepage will have a Sennheiser Headset Selector to assist partners with compatibility for phone systems. There will also be a section dedicated to Alliance partners so resellers can access marketing materials and sales tools for MS Lync, Avaya, IBM, Cisco and Aastra.

Finally, the site will also be a deal management tool. If partners are working on a deal and they need Sennheiser support, they can fill in the deal details which will be sent to a Sennheiser sales person who will make contact. The deals can be tracked in the system to show pipeline and deal history helping the partner to track their Sennheiser business.

Commenting on the new partner portal, Charlotte Gaskin, Channel Marketing Manager for Sennheiser UK stated, “As a channel only supplier, we want to make it as easy as possible for our partners to access the information they need to promote our products and to close sales. The Blue Space portal has clear signposting to make site navigation easy and access to vital files quick and simple. It’s another example of Sennheiser’s drive to increase sales and market share in the UK business headset market, and we would strongly encourage all our resellers to register at”
