Servassure Aims to Conquer Channel in 2011

Servassure says it is all set to conquer the channel in 2011 armed with a newly strengthened engineering force of over 150 engineering, technical experts nationwide and the recent launch of new premises in Harlow.

Additional expertise has been added to the Servassure engineering pool through recent acquisitions by Daisy Group Plc, of which the third party service provider became a part of in August 2009.

The purchase of rival SpiriTel afforded the Group an additional resource of Mitel skilled engineers, including 30 field and technical engineers, while the purchase of NEG has given it the ability to strengthen its pool of engineers with Avaya technical skills.

These further additions to their existing expertise and knowledge, together with their UK-wide coverage, provide Servassure with a very strong sales proposition as we enter the New Year.

Andrew Goldwater, Commercial Director for Systems Services said: “Servassure is a well respected and established white label channel brand that not only works for industry giants like Samsung but also supports major and emerging players in the channel. We recognised the need to invest in the business if we are to enjoy success in the future.

“Strengthening what was already a highly resourced and capable team of engineers operating our white label service throughout the UK is proof that we remain 100% committed to the channel.

“In order to provide efficiency throughout the country, we have divided our engineering pool into five regions; each of which will have a dedicated manager.

“The engineers will be backed up by a robust technical support team and a dedicated professional services team which will ensure the highest levels of service for all white label customers.

“Our key message to businesses is that we should be seen as a virtual engineering arm for the channel and we will be doing our utmost to share this vision throughout the year and beyond.”

Servassure’s new offices in Harlow were officially opened by Andrew Goldwater who emphasised the business’ importance within the wider Group.

He said: “The experience and knowledge of the Servassure team is invaluable to us, as proved by the investment in both the premises move and in the core structure of the business.

“We are very excited about the New Year and are looking forward to sharing and celebrating many success stories over the next 12 months; none of which would be possible without the staff here.”
