Servassure and Aastra build stronger technical relationship.

Servassure, the independent service provider to channel partners in the UK ICT market, is increasing its technical capabilities to support Aastra Telecom PBX equipment in response to increasing demand from new and existing channels

This aims to enhance Servassure's current capabilities on products from the Aastra portfolio, with a greater focus on next generation products such as the Aastra MX-ONE. Initial actions include the completion of an in-depth engineering training plan and the recruitment of a number of additional engineers to grow the technical team employed. This plan has the full and committed support of Aastra who welcome the opportunity to utilise their new Technical Training Academy to facilitate the growth of Servassure.

Peter Orr, Servassure Sales Director states “The market opportunity for technical skills to support Aastra channels is increasing significantly. We have existing channels looking for additional support and many new partners that we are now engaging with. Our initial focus is on growing our Aastra Installation and maintenance capabilities, whilst working with Aastra and the channel's support team to complete bids and pre-sales activities. We have built up a strong relationship with Aastra and are looking forward to some very exciting forthcoming projects”

Paul Johnson, Sales Director at Aastra Telecom (UK) states “I am delighted that our two organisations are working so closely together, to deliver the necessary technical skills to our channel partners in the UK & Ireland, in instances where the partner chooses to look for additional support. Our relationship with Servassure is going from strength to strength and we welcome the investment they are making in the Aastra technologies.”
