Hipkiss joins ShoreTel from Vodafone, where he held the position of Sales Director, Unified Communications. Prior to Vodafone, Adrian built a track record of success at both Avaya and Cable & Wireless where he held a variety of technology sales, and senior sales management positions. Adrian has more than 26 years of experience in the communications sector and has an extensive track record in creating, leading and developing high performance teams.
