IP PBX vendor ShoreTel has announced ShoreWare System Monitor, a scalable, real-time network monitoring tool that provides IT managers and ShoreTel channel partners with a comprehensive view of network performance to quickly isolate problems and ensure optimal voice quality.
ShoreWare System Monitor provides a monitoring capability that alerts IT the moment it detects a problem, while enabling proactive troubleshooting for improved quality of service and network availability.
