ShoreTel Expand Channel to Meet Demand

ShoreTel has announced that it is meeting surging demand in the UK and EMEA for its unified communications solutions with an expanded reseller channel programme.

In less than two years, ShoreTel has established a strong presence in the UK market and is rapidly growing its channel operations across EMEA. The company welcomes resellers from all verticals to join programme. New partners will focus on unified communications, which ShoreTel sees as completely redefining the traditional phone system offering.

All channel partners will receive ShoreTel training in the operation of the new programme, looking at customer service best practice and how to generate the best results and returns. P
