TeleWare, the provider of communications solutions for mobile and distributed workers, has announced the immediate availability of call recording on TeleWare IP Extensions delivered from its Hosted Communications Platform.
“TeleWare call recording capabilities have matured rapidly over the past 18 months as we have deployed some major projects,” explained Steve Haworth, CEO of TeleWare plc. “The recent development and release of our FSA Compliance solution has meant we have in-house capabilities that we can now offer on our other product ranges,” added Haworth.
The call recording capability being provided means that all calls can be automatically recorded without any user intervention. In line with the TeleWare policy of providing all hosted service customers with access to all new capabilities, this covers calls recorded through any TeleWare IP Extensions, both new and existing. Recordings can be accessed from the TeleWare secure web-based application.
TeleWare call recording solutions are available with three levels of security. Business Call Recording provides a call recording service for normal business use. Secure Call Recording enhances this service with secure, tamper evident storage to FSA standards and Encrypted Call Recording further enhances the Secure Call Recording beyond FSA standards with encrypted data storage and delivery.
