Tommy Lees has been with Snom for seven years working out of Snom’s Silicon Valley, California office. His new role as Head of Snom’s Global Training Program is to develop e-learning tools, train the trainer programs, advanced technical documentation, classroom tools and manage the Snom certified training centers.
