snom’s Gold And Platinum Distributor Lists Grow in 2010

snom technology AG, developer and manufacturer of VoIP telephones, has released its annual list of selected distributors. A number of international firms, including two from the UK, have been awarded gold and platinum status by the German company.

Five firms were awarded platinum status, including Novus, LLC, and Enabled Networks Limited. Sixteen firms, including UK companies ProVu Communications Limited and Electronic Frontier Limited (EFL) achieved gold distributor status. Both ProVu and EFL made the gold list for the third year running.

The firm says that Gold or platinum status is based not only on the number of snom handsets sold, but also the provision of high quality professional pre-sale and after-sale service. The award-winning distributors will receive a certificate bearing the snom logo, ensuring they are readily identifiable as top dealers.

Conor McCann, General Manager at Electronic Frontier said: “We are very honoured to receive this award for the third year running. The VoIP market is developing rapidly and snom forms an integral part of our converged IP offering. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to providing quality products and services to our channel partners.”

Tim Bray, technology director at ProVu commented: "Making this list again really shows the strength of our working relationship with snom. We're looking forward to building on this solid partnership and making a continued contribution to boosting snom's product sales figures in the UK."

Michael Knieling, executive director of sales and marketing at snom said: “We are thrilled to have two more gold partners on our list this year and one more picking up a platinum accolade. We are looking forward to continuing to grow our worldwide network of reliable partners and working closely with our partner network to further establish snom as the leading brand in VoIP telephones worldwide.”
