The specifications for the Distributor Award finalists included demonstrating excellence in driving partner satisfaction, product adoption, sales knowledge, license sales and on-time reporting. Citrix found that in 2013 Softcat delivered 100% consistent on-time reporting and reporting accuracy, with a focus on driving revenue. Softcat delivered a significant number of new partners to the Citrix Service Provider program last year, and expanded the diversity of its CSP partners’ Citrix product selections.

Softcat’s Partner Services team has worked exceptionally hard to get us to this point, where, after 10 years of providing this particular service to this industry, we now deal with 50% of the UK’s service provider hosting market.” said Sam Routledge, who accepted the award on behalf of Softcat.
