Softcat’s partnership Snow-balls with ‘Hosting Partner of the Year’ award

Softcat has pipped SoftwareONE, Trustmarque and Bytes to the post to win Snow Software’s ‘Hosting Partner of the Year’ award. Matt Ward, Softcat’s Software Asset Manager, accepted the award at Snow Software’s Headquarters in Bracknell.

The award follows a year that saw Softcat, one of three Gold partners, become Snow’s highest grossing revenue partner in the UK for its Snow hosted service.

Softcat provides Snow’s software licensing and software asset management solutions to customers across the private and public sector, ranging from charities to large corporations.

“Most businesses have software assets to manage, but it can be highly resource intensive to do this in-house. We host our customers’ software asset management in our data centre using Snow Software’s solutions. We’re constantly receiving positive feedback from customers; if you don’t want to manage your assets in house, Softcat is one of the most trusted hosting providers of Snow’s Software Asset Management (SAM) software in the UK – as this award proves,” said Matt Ward. He added, “We’re delighted to accept this award – it further underlines the excellent relationship we have developed with Snow over the past six years.”

UK managing director at Snow Software Mark Flynn said, “Softcat has made the biggest contribution to helping Snow to secure market share from SaaS customers. We are thrilled to recognise and honour these top-performing partners who exceled at meeting the needs of our joint customers, our partners are absolutely critical to our success and these awards shine a spotlight on their achievements.”
