The managed service provider is now driving ahead with ambitious growth plans. With both organic and acquisitive expansion on the roadmap, Paul’s role is key to supporting and delivering the Solar growth strategy.
Paul will lead service delivery, technical operations and customer relations, with responsibility for one of the largest divisions of the business, championing exceptional service delivery, focusing on ITIL and ISO20000, the international standards for IT service management.
Paul has almost three decades of experience. His previous positions include Chief Technical Officer in the Royal Corps of Signals (the Information Technology and Communications branch of the Army), Director of Voice at GCI, and, latterly, Chief Technical Officer at 7 Technologies Group.
