Solar powered handsfree kit for cars launched

Iqua has unveiled its solar powered creation, the Iqua Vizor SUN, a Bluetooth solar powered handsfree kit for cars. Following the success of the world’s first solar powered headset Iqua BHS-603 SUN, this new handsfree kit is a power saving alternative for handsfree calling in the car.

The Iqua Vizor SUN is a small and sleek handsfree device that recharges itself through the windshield of the car, using the sun’s energy. The combination of Iqua’s sophisticated solar panel technology and the smart design make the Iqua Vizor SUN an essential companion on the road.

The Vizor SUN has unlimited talk time and standby time when it is exposed continuously to sunlight, users can comfortably take your conversations on the road without having to worry about recharging along the way. The device can be discretely clipped on to the car's sun visor and with the push of a button, calls can be answered and ended with safety and convenience. The voice recognition technology allows users to call contacts simply by saying their name while keeping hands on the wheel.

Iqua’s CEO, Juha Reima, stated: “With the Iqua Vizor SUN, Iqua strives to keep up with the ever growing need to conserve both our environment and our way of life. Energy friendly and long lasting battery life, without the annoyance of power cables across the steering wheel, will improve a driver’s experience by making handsfree calling more enjoyable. We see more and more efforts in environmental responsibility all over the world today, from hybrid cars and windmill parks, to modest but inspiring attempts to conserve the precious natural balance on Earth. Iqua is truly committed to play its own part in this endeavor.”
