Solar Receives Circle of Excellence Award

Solar Communications has received ShoreTel’s Circle of Excellence Award in the region covering Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand for the 2016 partner year, covering the October 2015 through September 2016 time period.

The award recognises Solar for exceptional achievement in growth of points in the Champion Partner Program and total program points. ShoreTel is a leading provider of communication solutions that make interactions simple.

It is the eighth consecutive year that Solar, also a Platinum Partner, has received the Circle of Excellence Award and follows the awarding of Shoretel’s ‘Cloud Deal of the Year’, announced at the ShoretelOne Global Partner Conference.

Solar CEO John Whitty said: “We are delighted to have been recognised for the Circle of Excellence award again, for the eighth consecutive year. It is testament to the strong relationship we enjoy with Shoretel and the strength of the solutions and support delivered jointly, this was especially demonstrated during the deployment of a bespoke cloud solution for a large UK customer for which Solar was awarded the ‘Deal of the Year’ award.

“We very much look forward to 2017, strengthening the partnership further, and working with Shoretel to deploy the best in class, cloud and unified services to our customers.“

“Being named to the Circle of Excellence is the highest recognition given by ShoreTel to its partners, and we’re very pleased to welcome Solar into this exclusive group,” Adrian Hipkiss, VP EMEA at ShoreTel.
“The Circle of Excellence Award is presented to ShoreTel’s top global reseller partners, and we recognize those who have aligned their business strategy, shown tremendous sales acumen and growth while delivering exemplary customer success. We’re proud that Solar has achieved this status yet again.
