Formed by ex-NextiraOne’s John Owen and Richard Poole, the company believes the market is all about applications and return on investment.
Managing Director John Owen, “We were attracted to the Inter-Tel products because of their open stance on applications. Their own call and contact centre products are first class. We will be approaching the market with other vendor products such as Alcatel as well as looking at the integration of voice and video.”

Owen added that he thought the market for hosted IP telephony was not quite ready as he believed the current product offerings were not settled.
