Anovo has been chosen by Sonim Technologies to manage the company’s after-sales service business throughout the UK for its mobile phones.
With eight years of experience, Anovo provides customer service along with proven expertise in managing repairs and repair logistics directly to end users.
Anovo will ensure that Sonim’s customers can speak with a fully trained technical advisor to solve product issues or issue a return merchandise authorisation for the phone, if appropriate. Sonim and Anovo claimed they will ensure the best in customer experience and top quality performance.
