The winners of the annual awards have been announced by Toshiba BCD (Business Communications Division) with South West Communications Group coming out top with a score calculated on a combination of revenue spend, the number of technical support calls that were taken but not escalated, and the sophistication of the installations undertaken.
South West Communications Group, based on the Sowton Industrial Estate in Exeter, has been a Toshiba Elite partner for 21 years and has installed its business telephone systems into more than 4,000 businesses across the UK. Once the equipment has been installed, South West Communications Group’s highly skilled team of engineers takes responsibility for its upkeep; including moves, additions and changes as well as delivering software upgrades and providing ongoing support.
