South West Communications Group has been awarded ShoreTel Gold Partner status to recognise its rapid growth and enhanced expertise in the unified communications market.
ShoreTel designed the Champion Partner Programme to strengthen the relationship between ShoreTel and its partners. The programme’s goal is to advance and grow both companies’ market share in the unified communications industry, while ensuring every customer continues to be delighted with their ShoreTel experience.
The Exeter-based telephone system experts first joined the ShoreTel Champion Partner Programme in October 2012 and have rapidly progressed through the accreditation programme in just 12 months, becoming the only international reseller to move from Authorised to Gold status this year.
“South West Communications Group are an established, traditional, but also a progressive and future facing organisation that we are delighted to be in partnership with. In their first year with ShoreTel, South West Communications Group has been a very committed and hardworking member of the ShoreTel programme. We are delighted at their rapid growth and success and we congratulate them on achieving gold status so quickly,” said Adrian Hipkiss, vice president & managing director of EMEA at ShoreTel.
“The partnership is enabling our ‘brilliantly simple’ award-winning ShoreTel technology for unified communications, customer contact and mobility solutions to be available to South West Communications Group’s extensive client base, providing sophisticated UC systems with greater flexibility, productivity and cost savings along with industry-leading low total cost of ownership and high customer satisfaction,” said Hipkiss.
South West Communications Group has already been recognised as the fastest growing new ShoreTel reseller in the EMEA region since launching with the vendor in October 2012 and winning deals to install ShoreTel solutions for Farrow & Ball, Tomy, Centrax and Bradleys Estate Agents, among others.
Sarah Flowers, sales director of South West Communications Group, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded Gold Champion Partner status in recognition of how hard our team has worked to adopt ShoreTel’s unified communications solutions for the benefit of both existing customers and new.”
