SpiriTel Boosts HOPEHIV

SpiriTel Plc has raised over £12,000 in support of HOPEHIV over the last year and continues its commitment to assist HOPEHIV and its project, The Gateway School of Fashion, in association with Karen Millen, to educate and train young people affected by HIV in South Africa.

Alastair Mills, CEO of SpiriTel said: "We are hugely grateful for the support of our fundraising efforts. SpiriTel is proud to be associated with HOPEHIV, particularly when cash is in short supply, and we are committed to the ongoing support of their vital work in Africa."

Mark Glen, UK Director of HOPEHIV said: "HOPEHIV is hugely grateful to everyone at SpiriTel for their continued and loyal support, especially at this hard economic time. The money raised will be a key resource in funding the second year of this pioneering programme for severely disadvantaged young people in South Africa."

Less than a year before the cream of American and European golfers do battle SpiriTel will be hosting its second annual charity golf day at Celtic Manor Resort in Wales on 20th October 2009, in support of HOPEHIV. You can have the chance to join them in playing this, one of the finest championship courses in the world. The course will be set up in exactly the same way as for the Ryder Cup event and all participants will also be able to enjoy some discounted accommodation and dinner at one of the premier hotels in the world as well as have the chance to win an Audi TT if they get a hole in one!
