The Silver Accreditation reflects Spitfire’s competence to supply and maintain Avaya’s complete telephony solutions range, including phone systems, terminals and peripherals.
The Silver status confirms that Spitfire continues to meet Avaya’s benchmarks for partner performance including customer service levels and staff training for Avaya products and solutions.
