SpliceCom have announced a big boost for those businesses migrating to soft, virtual and cloud based PBXs with the launch of two new 5 Series Trunk Modules, providing connectivity to ISDN basic rate and primary rate services for SpliceCom’s S716 and S8000 Soft PBXs.
The 5204 Trunk Module provides a single BRI as standard, which can then be doubled through the addition of SpliceCom’s existing Universal Trunk Licences – making it great news for smaller businesses, or those who wish to retain well-known telephone numbers.
The 5230 Trunk Module comes supplied with a single 8-channel PRI interface, which can be further expanded to 30 channels, one channel at a time.
The two new trunk gateways also play a key role in the delivery of SpliceCom’s Flexible Edge Solutions (FES) for Hybrid PBX deployment, when they are employed to connect legacy PBXs, services and solutions at remote sites into the Cloud using ISDN or DPNSS trunks.
