SpliceCom has entered into a partnership with Legal Rapport to provide solutions specifically tailored for the UK’s legal community.
Legal Rapport was formed in 2006 to meet the telecommunication requirements of the legal marketplace. As Tom Hiscocks, Managing Director of Legal Rapport explains,”Since our inception we have invested a significant amount in understanding the telecommunication needs of law firms. We have held workshops and consultations with firms of all sizes, with suppliers of practice and case management systems, IT support etc. and we have provided a variety of solutions to meet differing needs.”
“Whilst every legal firm, be it a specialist or general practice, has its own specific needs, there are a number of common challenges that we have characterised, and identified,” continues Hiscocks. “These are; client responsiveness, management information, flexible working and cost effectiveness. We’ve identified maximiser as the ideal telephony platform upon which Legal Rapport can build and deliver tailored solutions to meet these challenges on behalf of our clients. In particular its open architecture, allowing maximiser to integrate with existing front and back office applications and databases, integral Call Recording capabilities and flexible support for those working away from the office, be it at another location, at home or on the move, will be of particular interest to our prospects and customers.”
“At SpliceCom we’re great believers in the winning approach of channel partners focusing on vertical markets,” says Graham Harris, SpliceCom’s UK Sales Manager. “The increased customer understanding to be gained from concentrating on specific verticals invariably increases not only win ratios and sales value but also customer satisfaction. Legal Rapport is the very epitome of this type of approach and the client base they have built up over the past two years bears great testament to this. Legal Rapport will be working with SpliceCom Accredited Partner High Span Networks to deliver these specialised solutions on the maximiser platform,” concluded Harris.
