SpliceCom have invested in a new microsite for partners which they hope will build on the success of 2013 which saw 30% growth.
Developed on the key principles of Clarity and Transparency the new site provides a secure foundation to support SpliceCom’s HiTouch market strategy through interactive communication with prospective customers while supporting each of its channel partners in achieving their business goals.
The secure microsite, exclusively for SpliceCom’s Channel Partners enables the British vendor to provide each reseller – or indeed each department or individual within a specific reseller – with information that relates directly to their market focus, specialisation or role. “Our broad product range, encompassing soft, hard and virtual PBXs, for on-site, cloud, hosted and hybrid applications, means that the usual one-size-fits-all approach taken by other vendors doesn’t adequately serve our partners,” says Stuart Bell, SpliceCom’s Channel Development Manager for the UK and Ireland. “Our new reseller website means that we can tailor the materials and support we provide to each of our partners’ individually, making ongoing channel communications targeted, timely and to the point, so eliminating the information overload that’s becoming all to common in modern business,” concluded Bell.
