The API (Application Programming Interface) now enables customers to link their pricing tools to SSE Telecoms’ UK-wide Ethernet pricing. Customers can generate quotes online and in real-time through their own pricing tools rather than by email or through a portal. The tool can generate point-to-point or point-to-multi-point Ethernet quotes UK-wide, with single and multi-quotes.
This development reduces time spent by resellers, managed service providers and system integrators looking to provide their end-client with the most competitive and beneficial deal available in the market.
Commenting on the pricing tool development, Chris Jagusz, Managing Director of SSE Telecoms, said: “The API is the first of a series of quarterly product launches and service enhancements that we have planned. In Q1 of 2013 we will be adding Internet Access pricing to the tool, one of the many new product lines we are introducing over the next three years. Using the tool gives customers more flexibility to receive quotes in real time.”
