"Still seeing strong demand for on-premise" says Splicecom

Telephony
Splicecom has launched SelectVoice 20, an all-in-one Unified Communications solution to provide smaller businesses with fixed and mobile voice capabilities.

“SelectVoice 20 is an on-premises system that’s available to purchase on a CAPEX or monthly subscription model,” says Robin Hayman, Director of Marketing & Product Management at British based Splicecom. “Designed for smaller businesses and supporting up to 20 users and 15 SIP trunks ‘out-of-the-box’ as standard, SelectVoice 20 delivers fully featured telephony, ably supported by Splicecom’s, embedded Business Management Reporting solution, Vision Reports. SelectVoice 20 is supplied on Splicecom’s MAP-Solo platform, so just choose your phones, add SIP trunks from your provider of choice and you’re good to go - it’s that simple.”

Select Voice 20 comes supplied with voicemail boxes for departments and users and WebPartner, a browser based personal productivity app for call control and phone management, as well as a full complement of user, SIP trunk and Vision call reporting licences. The embedded Vision Business Management System can be easily extended to support call recording and real-time wallboards and dashboards too. Users can choose from the full range of Splicecom and Yealink desk phones, IP softphones for laptops, PCs and SmartPhones and Wireless IP or DECT phones. There’s desktop integration too, as SelectVoice 20 operates with Skype for Business, Outlook and all leading CRM systems.

SelectVoice 20 also provides hot desk facilities, so users can operate where, when and from their device of choice. And for those who wish to directly administer their own system, the Admin Portal allows changes to daily set-up via a simple to use browser interface.

“Working closely with our UK channel partners and providing them with cloud, on-premises and hybrid voice solutions puts Splicecom in a great position to identify what’s really going on in our marketplace today,” says Stuart Bell, Splicecom’s Head of Sales for the UK and Ireland. “Our cloud sales are growing at an incredible rate, however, we’re still seeing strong demand for on-premise solutions. The fact that many of the traditional Japanese and Korean on premises PBX and key system vendors are drifting away from the UK market has left a huge void and makes the launch of SelectVoice 20 an even greater opportunity for our partners. Offering an all-inclusive 20 User system that delivers SIP enabled voice, complemented by Yealink’s full range of SIP phones, a simple daily management portal, our embedded reporting package, Vision Reports and our latest PC Partner software Navigate Pro, SelectVoice 20 is just one single line item - so it’s a no-brainer for Resellers to specify and order,” concluded Bell.
