STL had previously sold their minutes base a couple of years ago so this marks a full return to network services for the company.
'Buying Intellion makes absolute sense for STL', said STL Managing Director Brendon Cross, who went on to say,’ the flexibility of the billing platform coupled with the high quality of the Customer Service Team means that Intellion is a perfect fit for us as we look to enhance the management reporting for our IP lines and calls service'.
Intellion was launched in January 2005 and in addition to lines and calls the company has developed a reporting system called TeleData which is used for re-billing and cost analysis by Business Centres, Law Firms and Medical Centres.
Cross added, 'STL already supply hardware into the sectors where Intellion are strong with their managed network services, so the acquisition will strengthen our proposition to these customers'.
All Intellion staff will transfer to STL and no redundancies are anticipated.
